How to Edit the Floater SMS Tab


To edit the SMS tab, you can watch the video tutorial HERE or follow the steps below:

SMS tab: In this tab, you can set up the initial message your prospects/clients will receive when they opt-in.


Initial message box: Text your prospect/customer will send you to connect.

Note: On a desktop, your prospect/customer will enter their 10-digit phone number. On a mobile phone, it will direct them to press "Send" in their messages to connect.

 
Response message box: this is your response. We recommend thanking the customer for connecting and letting them know how soon they can expect to be contacted.
You can include your website or additional contact information if you like.
Note: This box has a limit of 500 characters.  


Data validation is important for customers who are new to you. When you enable data validation, you will request the customer to validate their first and last name, email address, phone number, and address.

A link will be sent to their phone asking them to update their information and click “validate”
To send the data validation link, you need to do the following:

1.- You must enable data validation in your Whisp.



2.-  Add the Validation Message. This will be the text your customers will see on the link they receive to validate their personal information.

To edit it, click on the three dots next to your campaign name:



Click on "Configuration"


Enter your Validation Message here:
 

When you are done, click on the "Save" button. Then click on the "+ Save" button next to your Floater to save your changes.
