How to Reset Popl Password


To reset your Mobile Office (Popl) password, follow the steps below:

Mobile:

Tap on "Forgot Password?"


Enter the email you used to create your digital business card in the "Email" field and tap on "Send Recovery Email" to receive the recovery link to your email.
 

Once you tap on "Send Recover Email" you will receive a confirmation.
Also, the app will give you two options:
1.- Go Back to Login = Go back to your Popl App Login Screen.
2.- Open Email App = The App provides a "shortcut" to the email apps you have downloaded on your phone to speed up the process.


If you tap on "Open Email App" on an iPhone, the options will be displayed like this: 


Open your email app and look for the Recovery Email in your inbox.  This may take a minute. Make sure you re-load the page and/or check your spam folder before submitting your information again.

The email you will receive will look like this:
Friendly reminder: The email will come from Popl Co, not Whisp.


The email will contain a link to reset your password, tap on it.


Once you tap on the link above, it will ask you which browser you would like to use to open it. Tap the browser of your preference.


The link will open on the browser you chose. Now you need to:
1.- Enter your new password
2.- Tap on "CHANGE PASSWORD" 


For iPhone:
It will automatically suggest a strong password. You can choose this password or tap on "Other Options..." to choose your own password, edit strong password, remove the special characters, or set it to "Easy to Type"


Once you enter your new password, tap on "CHANGE PASSWORD"


Once you tap on the button above, you will get a confirmation message. Now you can go to the login screen of your Popl App to log into your Mobile Office (Popl).


Desktop:
Go to https://dash.popl.co/sign-in
Click on "Forgot password?"


Enter the email you used to create your digital business card in the "Email" field and click on the "Submit" button.

You will get a confirmation after you submit your information, and the page will redirect you to the login page.



Check the inbox of the email you provided. This may take a minute. Make sure you re-load the page and/or check your spam folder before submitting your information again.

The email you will receive will look like this:

Enter your new password in the text box and click on the "CHANGE PASSWORD" button to reset it.


Once you click on the button above, you will get a confirmation message. Now you can go to the login page to log into your Mobile Office (Popl).
