How to Edit the Button SMS Tab

SMS tab: In the SMS Tab you can edit the initial and response messages. Also, you can enable "Data Validation" for your button.
"Initial Message": this message is the text that the person will receive now they hit the button and enter their number, you can edit as needed.
Note: On a desktop, the customer will be asked to enter their 10-digit phone number. On a mobile phone, it will direct them to press "send" in their messages to connect.
"Response message": Your response to the initial message. We recommend thanking the customer for connecting and letting them know how soon they can expect to be contacted. You can include your website or additional contact information.
Note: it does have a limit of 500 characters.
Data validation is important for customers who are new to you. When you enable data validation, you will request the customer to validate their first and last name, email address, phone number, and address.
A link will be sent to their phone asking them to update their information and click “validate”
To send the data validation link, you need to do the following:
1.- You must enable data validation in your Whisp.
2.- Add the Validation Message. This will be the text your customers will see on the link they receive to validate their personal information.
To edit it, click on the three dots next to your campaign name:
Click on "Configuration"
Enter your Validation Message here:
When you are done, click on the "Save" button. Then click on the "+ Save" button next to your Floater to save your changes.
