Whisp Portal Dashboard
Whisp's Portal Dashboard is a great tool that will help you see how many people scanned and opted-in every month. Whether you are using Whisp yourself or you manage a team, you will be able to see how your QR codes/Widgets are doing in real-time.
Data displayed in the Dashboard section will depend on your user level:
Client = Will have access to all data from all campaigns.
User = Will only have access to the campaigns assigned to them.
You can access the Dashboard section by clicking on the "Dashboard" icon located in the top left corner of your Whisp Portal:
Once you click on "Dashboard" you will be redirected to the following screen:
First, you need to choose the month you would like to review. The current month will always show as default. If you would like to go over previous months, click on the white box next to "Select Month" to change the date/month:
Once the date is selected, you will need to choose the "main client" you would like to review:
NOTE: If you are assigned to multiple campaigns under different "main clients" you will have more than one in this section.
When the Main client is selected, all campaigns will show on its right-hand side, as shown below. Now you will be able to see how much engagement each of the campaigns under this Main client has.
To see the numbers by widget, click on the campaign they're in:
