How to view the Metadata for a lead in a Whisp
To view the Metadata of your leads, you need to log in to the Whisp Portal. After logging in, you will click on the "Whisp" you would like to view. (You don't need to click on the 3 dots, click on the Whisp name)
On your Whisp dashboard, you will have access to all your mobile and desktop leads. The only information available will be the phone number, lead name, email, address, and the date when the lead was created. Next to "Created date" is the "Metadata" column.

- If you do not see any data or it doesn't seem accurate, please change the date range in the upper right corner.
- Click on "View" under "Metadata" to access the Metadata for that specific lead.
- Once you click on "View" you will have access to all the information collected in the following fields:
