Why am I not receiving my email leads?


If you have added the email integration to your Whisp and are not receiving the leads please follow these steps to try and resolve this...

Step 1: Please ensure the email integration is set up as outlined in our Email Integration Article (Click Here).

Step 2: Check to see if the email landed in your Junk/Spam folder.  If so, be sure to change the rules/settings to not mark emails from support@whisp.io as junk

Step 3: If using a company email address try using a different address for testing purposes.  If you successfully receive it, your company may be blocking emails from support@whisp.io. Please reach out to your Admin and ask them to whitelist support@whisp.io
